Outlands Bug (Fixed)
While I realise this isn't a priority so I understand it might not get fixed any time soon.

the error is correct.
fix follows (till they update it)
open the file mentioned "DBM-Outlands\localization.ru.lua" which should be in your interface\addons folder
goto line 75 and add a " to the end of the line that starts with name =
L
