Re: Win-Timer being off in BattleForGilneas
no idea, arta did that mod, prety sure it's just copy and paste of AB mod.
as for memory. wow is 32 bit, and does not have special flag for extra memory either so it's capped at 2 gigs, with settings on ultra, it uses nearly 2 gig by itself with 0 mods, making performance utter crap cause game has to dynamicly reduce caching to next to nil, and any high amount of addons will just make it unstable with 132 errors. it's a shame. wow is WAY overdo for 64 bit application support, or at very least, 4gig of memory addressing with proper flags.
part of our ongoing discussion here in relation to wows memory limitations causing substancial graphic performance loss when ultra graphics settings are used and caching is poor, affects macs worse than windows though, but an issue in both none the less.

Re: Win-Timer being off in BattleForGilneas
Why would you think that?
Quoted from ""Omega""
100MB lua memory, i'm surprised you aren't crashing. must have graphics settings turned down cause if you were running ultra the game would crash from out of memory.
I run on Ultra settings, have 110-140MB LUA memory and have 40-50fps in raids, with pingtimes of 190-220ms...
