I use RaidBuffStatus for this, and it announces it as a raid warning when someone drops a fish feast. There is some lag right now between when someone drops it and when it's announced that the author is looking into.
aint that because it will check for someone else "spamming" that warning as well ?
It could also be server lag and/or instance lag. There was no delay in our 10-man group, but we had a 27 second delay in our 25-man group.
