Does DBM announce or show a countdown timer for Yogg-Saron's Deafening Roar ability? (3 or less lights only) If so, what do I have to make sure to check in the DBM options so that I can see it during the fight?

Apparently he also does these emotes when Deafening Roar is active:
Yogg-Saron opens his mouth wide!
Yogg-Saron yells: Eternal suffering awaits!

I don't have more details because I haven't actually experienced phase 3 with 0-3 lights. That's why I was wondering when and how often he does it and if a timer can be added to catch it. A very low priority request really. The only reason I brought it up is because I have an opportunity to get the legendary mace this week and I don't want to miss that spell.

If you go into the log browser via the dashboard and run a query for the "Deafening Roar" spell you'll see the timing. He does it every 60 seconds.
