Iron Council Rune of Power warning
Runemaster actually physically changes target to who he's casting it on when he casts it, i don't know if this is reflected in combat log or not but i don't see why it wouldn't be. Now for most part a good tank on one of other 2 can use ora mt windows or something or set focus on runemaster to see "hey he's about to cast a rune of power on my guy, i better get ready for this"...BUT, there is still a transitional delay for healers to anticipate spike damage in chance they do get a hit in while moving it, or maybe you didn't notice runemaster switching and your reaction is pretty bad, sometimes you're more worried about that fusion punch hitting you in face and hitting one of your cooldowns than what runemaster is doing.
Point being, maybe improve upon DBMS announce code to actually announce rune of power target?
